Jupiter Strattech realises the
importance of global partnerships to build a strategic

involve some of the biggest names in the defence
industry. These partnerships give us the platform to
leverage the latest technologies and research
developments that evolve from time to time.
Our
alliances include partners who are experienced in the
nuances of the defence industry. They include:
- Thales International India Pvt.
Ltd. - This partnership covers areas of
defence, aerospace and air traffic management.
- Sagax - Jupiter Strattech has allied
with this company for software-defined radio.
- RDI Communications

Acquisitions
Besides these
alliances, Jupiter Strattech has made strategic acquisitions to build
the defence portfolio and enter niche markets within the
industry. These acquisitions are:
- VidhyaCom Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- This is an aerospace knowledge solutions company
that has been the only Tier 1 supplier to Airbus. The
company has supplied and jointly developed over 300
Computer Based Training (CBT) titles for Airbus
covering cockpit, cabin and maintenance crew training.
VidhyaCom Technologies has been a strategic consultant
to Airbus over the last few years and has been
consistently performing in terms of revenues
generated. The company has pioneered airport visuals
with UK-based Evans and Sutherland, who are the OEMs
for Thales simulators.
- Microcon International Ltd. -
Microcon was the first private company into defence
research in 1989. The company had a number of 'firsts'
to its credit such as the first company to produce
yellow banded airborne embedded systems and was the
only company to be CEMELAC certified for defence
quality by 1996. As a pioneer in Automated Test
Equipments (ATEs), Microcon has been involved in the
complete value chain of design, prototyping and
testing. The firm has completed extensive work on
technical publishing and is a Tier 1 supplier to
Airbus for troubleshooting manuals.
