The Jupiter Strattech
delivery process involves close monitoring and execution
of solutions for clients across the globe. The process
is closely identifiable with the following stages during
product development.
- Quality control - Jupiter Strattech products
will incorporate the best quality subsystems and
components. Besides meeting all user requirements,
Jupiter Strattech products will be designed to be obsolescence
proof, as far as possible. These products will be
configured to provide the client flexibility to
upgrade the solution in the future. It will be ensured
that only ISO or ISI certified components and sub
systems are used.
- High quality documentation - Jupiter Strattech
delivers high quality documents to its customers along
with the product. Where applicable, Jupiter Strattech will also
supply Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals
(IETM).
- Warranty and customer support -
Jupiter Strattech, as part of its product design, may use COTS
items in order to make the pricing attractive to its
customers. While offering the warranty for the
delivered item, Jupiter Strattech ensures back-to-back arrangement
with all its suppliers/vendors of subsystems and
provides a single point comprehensive warranty for a
specified period.
- Delivery - Understanding the
different operating environments, Jupiter Strattech delivers
appropriate solutions that seamlessly align with your
current defence models. We interact with clients at
every level of project development to build in
continuous refinements into the solutions we develop.
Following the project execution+ we deliver the
products with onsite warranty or as mutually decided.
